The problem
Attendance lives in paper registers and payments in a notebook; an absent student reaches their parent late or never, and late payments pile up unnoticed.
The solution
Take attendance on one screen: every student is present by default and you tap only the absent ones, and late payers come up on their own with a ready message for each parent.
